Who can receive a Patriarchal Blessing?
- President Thomas S. Munson counsels that every worthy member of the churchis entitled to receive such a precious and priceless personal treasure (Conf. Report Oct 1986)
Why should we receive a Patriarchal Blessing?
- We should receive this special blessing because it will take us through our darkets nights; it will guide us thorugh lifes dangers; it is meant for us to read it over and over.
When can we receive it?
- We can receive this blessing when we are mature enough and can apprcaite the significance of this blessing.
How can I prepare for it?
- We prepare ourselves by doing our best to live righteously. We should be doing all that we can to read our scriptures, attend our church meetings, pay our tithing, and obey the commandments.
It is my hope and prayer that I can receive my own Patriarchal Blessing and have the guidance not only for this life but for the life hereafter. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
